Shipping
In addition to the prices stated, we charge flat-rate shipping costs depending on the delivery region. Please refer to the table below for the applicable shipping costs.
We currently ship within Austria and to all EU Member States, except Spain. In addition, we also ship to the following non-EU countries: Switzerland, to Canada and the United States of America.
Shipping costs are charged only once per order, even if your order is shipped in multiple parcels.

Delivery
We deliver your order quickly and reliably! Within Austria, you can usually expect your items within 5–7 business days. For other EU countries and Switzerland, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. For our customers in Canada and the United States of America, delivery may take up to 15 business days.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us. All shipments are sent with tracking, allowing us to investigate the matter.
Shipping is carried out via Austrian Post. However, we reserve the right to use other delivery service providers if necessary. Shipping costs remain the same.
We make every effort to pack our goods carefully, using reinforced cardboard shipping envelopes and reusable protective films to prevent damage and moisture. Should any damage occur during shipping, please Contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, delivery time depends on the date your payment is received. Orders will be dispatched only after receipt of payment, which may extend the delivery time accordingly.
Customs and Import Regulations
For deliveries to non-EU countries, in particular to Switzerland, the United States of America, and Canada, additional customs duties, taxes, and other import charges may apply.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer or recipient. The amount of such charges is determined by the applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
Please note that customs clearance procedures may result in delivery delays beyond our control.
Value / Gift Vouchers
Value vouchers are sent by email immediately after completion of the payment process. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the voucher will be issued after receipt of payment on our account.
No shipping costs apply.
