Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal (applicable to consumers within the European Union)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your message concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Right of Withdrawal for the Purchase of Value /Gift Vouchers

The fourteen-day right of withdrawal also applies to value vouchers.

The withdrawal period begins with the issuance of the purchased value voucher (delivery by email). When submitting the withdrawal declaration, the voucher number must be stated. The voucher will be cancelled by us and the purchase price refunded.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of vouchers if the voucher has been redeemed in whole or in part.

Customers Outside the European Union (Third Countries)

For customers with a delivery address outside the European Union, no statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law applies. No voluntary right of return is granted.

Mandatory statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
